I reckon what is most important in a relationship with a G.P. is trust. I totally trust the G.P.s at Catshill Village Surgery. They listen to me , have a comprehensive overview of medical science and will thoroughly diagnose a problem and recommend the most appropriate course of action. This applies not just to me but to all members of my family. In 2009 I had a benign brain tumour and my wife had breast cancer. We really needed trust in the medical profession at that time and our G.P.s gave us this without question. This trust is long lasting and I would be unwilling even to move to a different area so that I could keep G.P.'s in which I have complete faith.

My experience at the surgery has not given the slightest need for me to offer suggestions for improvement on any matter. The reception procedures are second to none and the manner of the staff is polite and friendly at all times. I have been seen by a number of the doctors in situ but mainly by Dr Barrat who makes my visits a virtual pleasure by reason of his sincere care and attention and utterly respectful manner. Catshill Village Surgery patients may feel entirely satisfied with all that is received from the staff there.

Neither my wife nor I have ever had a signicant problem with the surgery. Small problem you can only book 2 weeks in advance

I moved to Catshill 4 years ago and have to say we found a real gem! Catshill surgery has fantastic Doctors and we cannot praise them enough...

After 25 years with the same medical problem, it looks like my new doctor may have given me light at the end of the tunnel! Doctor listened to what I said and showed empathy. Good result.
